Rydym yn chwilio am ddau unigolyn brwdfrydig i fod yn Hyfforddai Tai ac i weithio fel rhan o dim rheoli tai dynamig sy'n gweithio i gyflenwi cartrefi fforddiadwy a chynaliadwy yng ngogledd Cymru. 
Byddwch yn gweithio gyda thimau gwahanol yn eu tro gan gynnwys Rhent, Gosod, Gwasanaethau Bro a Gwasanaethau Gofal Cwsmer i ddarparu gwasanaeth rhagorol i'n tenantiaid a chwsmeriaid ym mhob adran. 
Bydd yr ymgeisydd Ilwyddiannus yn cael ei ddatblygu a'i fentora am 24 mis yn y rôl gyda hyfforddiant a chymorth llawn yn cael ei ddarparu. 

Mae'r Cyfrifoldebau Allweddol yn cael eu nodi isod: 
• Sicrhau ein bod yn darparu gwasanaeth cwsmer rhagorol trwy ateb galwadau ffôn, delio gydag e-byst a helpu i ddatrys cwynion. 
• Cynorthwyo'r tim Rhenti ac Incwm i gasglu rhent a thaliadau eraill a darparu cyngor ar fudd-daliadau i helpu tenantiaid. 
• Gweithio o fewn tim gosod tai i sicrhau bod tai gwag yn cael eu hail osod cyn gynted ag sy'n bosib. 
• Cefnogi timau CCG i ofalu am gymdogaethau - Ileihau ymddygiad gwrthgymdeithasol a chynyddu balchder ar stadau. 

Housing Trainee

Salary: £11,382 p.a / £218.30 per week or National Minimum / Living Wage equivalent

Period: 24 months (with the possibility of extension)

An excellent opportunity has arisen with Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd (CCG) — a leading provider of quality affordable housing in north Wales. 
We are looking for two enthusiastic individuals to work in a dynamic housing management team working to deliver much-needed affordable and sustainable homes in north Wales.

You will, in turn, work within various teams including Rent, Allocations, Neighbourhood Services and Customer Services providing an excellent service to our tenants and customers in each department. 

The successful candidate will be developed and mentored for a period of 24 months with full training and support provided. 
Key Responsibilities are noted below: 
• Ensure CCG deliver great customer service by answering telephone calls, dealing with e-mails helping to resolve complaints. 
• Assist the Rents and Income team in collecting of rent and other payments charges as well as provide benefits advice to our tenants. 
• Work within CCG's housing allocations team to ensure CCG suitable properties are re-let as quickly as possible to the correct standard. 
• Support CCG's teams to look after neighbourhoods — reducing anti-social behaviour and increase pride on estates.
