Sales Support Executive
We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with one of the most successful re-sellers across the south west. They're looking for high end Client or Customer service executives to join them in their period of growth. You'll become the fundamentals of this clients success providing excellent communication both internally and externally by providing quotes right through to completed delivery.

THE KPI's are achieved by:
• Responding to customers within set guidelines
• Meeting customer expectations: queries, issues, order resolution
• Accurate entry of orders/returns through the ERP system
• Achievement of revenue/profit goals for targeted products, applications and services
This Sales Support role will include:
• Relationship building with the customer and our vendors
• Building long term successful relationships promoting this client through service
• Providing independent support to Sales executives
• Manage deployment of products and services within defined SLAs
• Be the single point of contact for all stakeholders
• Liaising with other departments, resolving any discrepancies in order to ensure smooth flow of information
• Manage issues that arise in the process, via email, telephone and face to face
• Required to attend any meetings
