Working in partnership with Swim England, we’ve become a major provider of ‘Learn to Swim’ across Cheshire East, delivering high quality lessons to thousands of people in our ‘Everybody SWIM’ scheme.

We’re expanding the scheme to meet increased demand and have part-time & casual opportunities available. We’re on the lookout for talented, enthusiastic teachers (experienced and newly qualified) to join our growing team.  Our teachers have a passion for swimming, and the right skills and personality to teach to high standards whilst inspiring learners to enjoy sessions and progress to higher levels. If this sounds like you, but you aren’t yet qualified – we can provide teacher training if you have the desire and passion for swimming that we seek.

A new career, or compliment to your current career path, - this might be perfect for you. You’ll need excellent communication and customer skills, be able to work in a team and available for evening and weekend work.  We offer competitive rates of pay, regular CPD and a pension scheme, along with our popular £6/month staff membership deal and benefits package.

We will be hosting 2 recruitment events throughout June, where our staff will be on hand to answer any of your questions. These events will be hosted at the following locations:       -

  • Crewe Lifestyle Centre, from 12:00 – 14:00 on the 2nd June 2018.
  • Macclesfield Leisure Centre, from 10:00 – 12:00 on the 2nd June 2018.

Closing date: 9th June 2018

Recruiting at: Alsager – Congleton – Knutsford - Wilmslow  - Poynton – Macclesfield – Nantwich – Crewe – Sandbach

*Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment centre (this session will run from 09:00-17:00, on Sunday 1st July).
