Sales and Lettings Negotiator
Full time Negotiator required for independent estate agents based in Sevenoaks working as part of a small friendly team.
Job role will include all aspects of estate agency focusing on registering applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, giving viewing feedback, vendor contact, phoning and sending out properties and negotiating offers.
The successful applicant will need to be versatile, able to work under pressure, prepared to work at weekends and use their own car.
