Accommodation Cleaners
I have a number of clients in Newcastle looking for a large number of experienced cleaners to help them clear out student properties and carry out deep cleans over the next few weeks as their existing tenants leave.
As the properties are monitored on a regular basis they are up-kept to a good standard but it will involve cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and communal sitting areas. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the rooms are in full working order and that they any damage is reported to the maintenance team. You will also be expected to fill the rooms with relevant equipment for the new tenants including pots and pans, utensils and bedding sets.
As a lot of my clients have a short time period between tenants the roles will be for full time hours and will involve a lot of hard work from reliable efficient workers.
You must have
* previous cleaning experience
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Able to commit to full time hours
The rate of pay is GBP7.83/hr and the hours are Mon -Fri 7am (earliest start) and 5pm (latest finish)
