Business Analyst

Do you want to become part of a growing, award-winning retail technology company? It's their people that shape their future. They are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team of Business Analysts.

Where will you be working?

You will be working as part of their team based primarily in their Northampton Application Centre, although some of your time will be spent in client offices in London and throughout the UK. As you will be working with teams around the globe there may be opportunities to travel further afield.

What will you be asked to do?

Supporting and working with project teams across several countries, you will need to demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, have an eye for detail and be able to work to deadlines.

You will act as the interface between clients and your internal stakeholders, with an emphasis on maintaining positive relationships with both. Your role will be to explore the needs of clients, and evolve specifications for system changes that bridge the gap between the retail business and the projects they are working on.

Do you have:
- Strong demonstrable experience in a business analysis role
- A proven ability to assess the wider impact of change, based on initial requirements
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including of senior personnel and challenging parties
- The ability to communicate effectively and clearly with technical and non-technical colleagues
- The ability to multi-task across numerous projects and activities and manage your own workload
- The experience to voice ideas self-assuredly
- Experience with ERP integration and/or EPOS integration would be a benefit but not essential.
