We are a Bradford based recruitment agency and are extremely excited to be working with a rapidly growing company based in Skipton. Our client specialises in the design, manufacture and sales of equipment that is shipped all over the world.
As part of a busy multi-site HR team, they are looking for someone to hit the ground running and support all areas of the business with their immediate recruitment needs.
So, you'll need to learn about the business and the different roles in engineering, finance, sales, purchasing, R&D, assembly and admin in order to find the most suitable candidates.
You'll then be working with the management team to arrange and support with the interview and offering stages of recruitment.
You'll get the opportunity to create your own role using your past experience, forward thinking mentality and can-do attitude. The long-term vision for this role is to have a strategic recruitment plan, anticipating the needs of the business and providing ongoing solutions. No recruitment experience needed, just the right attitude !
The role will be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, with a salary in the region of GBP23,000 dependant on experience.
