Commercial Finance Director based between London & Birmingham. GBP85-100k plus package inc bonus and car/car allowance and generous benefits
Your new company
A global FM leader with a particularly strong presence within the UK and Ireland delivering a variety of FM throughout both private and public sectors. Our client run multi-million pound contracts and are looking for a high level individual to join their commercial team to assist with their business development plans.
Your new role
As the Commercial Finance Director you will work closely with the Business Development teams overseeing all commercial elements throughout a variety of BID processes. Within this role where necessary, you will also be expected to offer commercial support to Commercial Managers on a variety of contracts. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to work within a great commercial team and become a key part of this client's business winning strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have considerable Commercial management experience and have proven knowledge of commercial contracts. You will be a confident, enthusiastic person who excels in a client facing role, this candidate must also feel comfortable when working closely with internal board members. This role requires the successful candidate to be calm and collected in high pressure situations and feel comfortable making key business decisions.
