The Client:

An award winning and expanding brokerage is seeking a Personal Lines Adviser to join their successful team. Following continued growth within this office they are in a position to invest in additional resource to ensure operational efficiency is achieved across the business.

The Opportunity:

This is an excellent opportunity for an insurance professional with experience in Personal Lines Insurance policies (Household, Motor, Travel, etc), to join a reputable company with real career opportunities to develop.

You will be responsible for renewals and mid-term adjustments for policyholders as well as new business enquiries. You will possess outstanding organisation and communication skills and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

You will enjoy a professional working environment and opportunity to further your personal develop through industry qualifications.

What's needed for me to be considered?

• A proven track record of Customer Service within an insurance/financial services environment.
• Excellent time management and people skills
• Exceptional customer focus with great relationship building skills
• Strong communication skills
• You will be working towards or have already achieved your Cert CII as a minimum, with a desire to further this.
