Trainee Employment Advisor

Would you like to join a national mental health charity? Lots of training. Lots of development. This charity, a recognised Investor in People are seeking a trainee employment advisor to help people with mental health support needs around employment support. You can be really proud of the work you are doing.

You will work with people referred across from the NHS who are either in work, but due to a mental health support need, are struggling. Or are not currently working and have a mental health support need. In both instances, you will coach and mentor the people on your caseload to help them resolve work based situations or find a new role, providing them the support and skills to do this.

This role might suit graduates with a related degree such as criminology or psychology. Or you could be a support worker, with experience of mental health. Or an HR Advisor with exposure to solving work based employment challenges
