Position Summary
To provide a professional single point of contact for internal and external customers and to co-ordinate Administrative Position.

This position fits within the Fleet Payments Team, which is part of the Sales and Marketing team and sits within the Dealer Operations Division of Ford of Britain.

This position requires good administrative and communication skills, dealing with customers / clients face to face and on the telephone, and attention to detail when investigating fleet vehicles in our bespoke rebate system.

It is also necessary to be proactive, suggesting enhancements where possible to improve internal processes in order to provide superior levels of service to the client. To work in line with "ISO 9001" requirements.

Contacting and liaising with customers / clients, in order to recover substantial sums of money owed to "Ford", whilst remaining sensitive to the situation, and maintaining good relations.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with internal and external customers, advising on fleet rebates that have/should have been received, and resolving any problems therein.
- Receiving calls and e-mails from dealers and fleet customers with specific payment related queries.
- Logging queries using a database tool, and then investigating, reconciling and resolving, using information stored in various databases, or a system called "ARMADA", Fleet Payment System.
- Handling any problematic calls with the appropriate interpersonal skills
- When receiving more complex day-to-day internal and external queries, escalating where necessary to the appropriate person.
- Working to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Progress/chase any query passed to other teams until outstanding queries are resolved and closed.

Education
- Further Education college or similar: A Levels/ Highers/ ONC

Experience
- Previous administration experience required

Skills
- Must be PC literate and have a good understanding of computer systems
- Advanced understanding of Excel
- Should exhibit strong communication skills with a pleasant demeanour and a good telephone skills
