Your Role: 

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of marketing and communications that reach our international client base of brands and organisations. 

Working closely with an experienced Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing & Business Development, this role offers unique breadth across marketing and business development and no two days will be the same. 

You’ll have the chance to contribute your ideas and support the Marketing and Business Development function of our successful firm of Patent and Trademark Attorneys. 

Your duties will include: 

- Liaising with an external PR agency to ensure our media relations activity continues to impress 
- Managing the firm’s social media pages 
- Co-ordinating hospitality arrangements for clients 
- Providing research, analysis and briefings on prospective clients ahead of introductory meetings 
- Producing tender and pitch materials 
- Drafting copy for internal and external communications 
- Working directly with Attorneys to raise the profile of the practice groups within their own sectors 
- Co-ordinating firm-wide award and directory submissions 
- Occasionally travelling between offices or to events 

About You: 

To join us as a Marketing Executive, you’ll need: 

- Experience and expertise using social media, including being directly involved with the conception and/or execution of effective campaigns 
- Experience of creating branded materials 
- Practical research experience 
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail 
- Excellent interpersonal skills to allow you to engage effectively with attorneys and staff at all levels 

Ideally, you will also have a degree level qualification, but this is not essential. 

We’re eager to hear from individuals with experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Campaign Executive, Social Media Executive, Marketing & Communications Executive, Marcoms Executive, or Marketing Co-ordinator.
