Yard Operative / Dairy Yard Operator / Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Yard Operative

Location: Wickham, Hants

Salary: £7 per hour

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Saturday to Sunday and Bank Holidays, alternate weekends to be worked)

Responsibilities:

• Tip all waste milk into waste milk tanker as soon as practically possible
• Recycling and disposal of all waste packaging
• Help unload returns from vehicles
• Help load and unload new or repaired trolleys or pallets
• Report any product or machinery faults to the Yard Manager
• Keep the yard clean and tidy
• Be aware of environmental responsibilities and procedures. Report all environmental issues to the Technical Manager as soon as possible
• Any other dairy duties

Key Requirements:

• Team Player also able to work on own initiative
• Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Flexible
• Own transport
• FLT licence preferred, however full training will be given
