Stockport Crematorium has a vacancy for a Cremator Technician / Grounds Person to assist the current team with all aspects of the Crematory, Chapels & Grounds. Cremator Technician training will be provided
You’ll need:
- A tactful, sympathetic and respectful manner to deal sensitively with bereaved people
- Communication skills
- The ability to work unsupervised
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within set regulations
The gardening and grounds maintenance will include grass cutting, hedge cutting, weeding, pruning, planting, growing and cleaning.
The successful candidate will need to be
- Flexible,
- Willing to do overtime
- Show a high level of attention to detail
- Will be able to provide excellent client service to the visitors of the grounds.
Full time 40 hours per week salary c £18,360 p.a.
