Your Role: 

As a Night Shift Maintenance Electrician, you will join a multi-functional engineering team delivering maintenance services to the manufacturing facility in South Holmwood. 

Seeking to attain optimum cost, quality and efficiency targets, you will work a four on, four off night shift pattern providing planned maintenance and repairs that keep the factory in good working order. 

Specifically, your role will involve: 

- Providing electrical maintenance cover for plant breakdowns 
- Taking part in on-going improvements throughout the factory 
- Engineering support for machine set-up and changeovers 
- Working with the Duty Maintenance Supervisor and Engineering Manager to meet production needs 
- Promoting the development and implementation of the factory PPM system 
- Working on continuous improvement initiatives throughout the factory 
- Applying 5s principles to deliver world-class housekeeping standards 

About You: 

To be considered for the role of Night Shift Maintenance Electrician, you will need: 

- At a minimum, a City & Guilds qualification in Electrical Engineering 
- An understanding of PLC equipment and program editing, including the ability to write original PLC programs, interrogate control systems and carry out fault finding 
- Knowledge of Frequency Inverters, Motor Controls, Safety Circuits and Industrial Plant
