This is an exciting opportunity to work for an amazing charity - the RSPB. From the Ancient Oaks of Sherwood Forest and the Otters of Oxfordshire, to Birds of prey in Staffordshire and Butterflies in Birmingham - the rich habitats on our network of nature reserves are home to them all.

From now until 2030, The RSPB will be focusing on some ambitious plans and targets - working together with the public and its partners to collectively change the fate of nature. The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the RSPB, and will enthuse and inspire the public to join the RSPB by telling them about the work that the we are doing to save nature. Half of RSPB income comes via membership, so you would carry out a vital role on the frontline of saving nature.

The successful candidate will become part of the RSPB Midland's face-to-face membership team. This role will involve working across a wide variety of offsite venues/locations, enthusing, inspiring and recruiting new RSPB members. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate and a valid driving license is essential.

A work vehicle is provided, so applicants should be comfortable in loading and unloading vehicles, happy to work 3 out of 4 weekends, bank holidays and occasional unsociable hours when required. A full driving license is required.
