Spurgeons are recruiting additional engaging facilitators for the Separated Parents Information Programme (SPIP) in the following areas: Brighton, Sussex, Worthing, Eastbourne and Chichester.

You will have a proven track record of delivering training to adults and will possess a PTLL or Level 3 Adult Education and Training qualification or be prepared to work towards one within 3 months. You will be working with a diverse group of individuals and must possess the following:

 Knowledge of Safeguarding procedures

• Experience of working with challenging and or hard to engage client groups
• Experience of presenting information to groups
• Experience of running manualised programmes

You must demonstrate empathy and compassion and be hopeful for the course participants.

CAFCASS have commissioned Spurgeons to run this programme for adults who have separated from their partners and where they have children.
