Defendant RTA Paralegal

You will assist on a caseload of defended, litigated RTA files from start to completion and work with an enviable client base whilst assisting the Fee Earners throughout. The Role:
-Our client's defendant RTA team is experiencing an influx of high quality work so there will be plenty of work for you to get stuck into.
-You will assist on a caseload from start to completion under supervision from your Solicitor/Fee Earner.
-There will be the opportunity to work on more complex RTA files as your experience progresses, offering a great opportunity to learn and develop in this role.

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered, you must have a strong background working on RTA files.
-Candidates from both a claimant and defendant background will be considered.
-You must be capable of handling the litigation process from start to completion.
- Previous RTA Paralegal work is essential due to the nature and complexity of the teams files.
