THE COMPANY: Our client is a friendly family run independent agency for both sales and lettings in the Milton Keynes area and have been operating for over 15 years. They cover all Milton Keynes areas and the surrounding villages. The partners started many years before this working for local estate agents
THE ROLE: Due to their continued success our client is looking to expand the business and are looking for an ambitious negotiator who will drive the business forward and to later become branch manager.
The Sales and Lettings Negotiator role will be based in and around the Milton Keynes area and the successful applicant will need to understand the local area and have the ability to gain new business for our company.
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar role but full training is offered. Excellent organisational and time management skills are the key for success within this position of Sales and Lettings Negotiator. You must be a confident individual with excellent communication skills who can communicate with people at all levels.
