Protection Advisors will join a business who are recognised as a market leading progressive Insurance provider who take care of their customers which has in no small part contributed to the business being awarded over 100 awards in their 10 plus years,
Protection Advisors will;

• Deliver telephone-based advice on Life & Protection Insurance
• Remain compliant at all times to ensure the customer is treated fairly
• Maintain and develop skills and knowledge
• Strive to achieve targets
• Ensure agreed advice process followed, complete a thorough fact find and provide an excellent level of service
• Accurately complete all administration

Protection Advisors will need;

• Experience working within a Financial Services Sales role
• A determined attitude combined with a can-do approach
• A good understanding of FCA regulations and TCF
• Strong organisation skills
• Ideally, experience selling Protection, Life Insurance, Mortgages, Investments with relevant qualifications
• Stand out communication skills
