Active Ageing Co-ordinator
Salary £21,136.00 per annum Full time – 37 hours per week. Fixed term contract to March 2020.
Age UK Stockport has an exciting opportunity, working with the Community Manager in Age UK Stockport, to develop and deliver a Peer Mentor service. The co-ordinator will recruit, train and support a team of volunteers to be able to work with individuals to remove barriers that prevent people taking part in physical activity, enabling older people to increase levels of activity. Work with the wider Stockport borough Active Ageing Programme to ensure all outcomes are delivered
