Employer Relationship Manager

Our Client administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. They have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through the their Training and Employee Engagement Service, they offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.

They are currently looking to appoint an Employer Relationship Manager who will be responsible for cultivating an excellent working relationship with a portfolio of employers, proactively supporting, engaging and educating them.

Within the role you will provide professional front line engagement across various communication platforms, achieving excellent service provision satisfaction. Identifying continuous improvement initiatives which play a critical role in delivering improved Member and Employer experience, you will monitor contractual and scheme compliance, addressing issues as required. You will also escalate areas of concern to the appropriate Cabinet Office contact so as to provide assurance employers understand and are delivering their responsibilities.

They are looking for someone who has experience in Customer Service or Relationship Management which is ideally supported with a relevant qualification. With excellent communication and presentation skills, you will be able to analyse and present complicated information clearly. A good working knowledge of Civil Service Pension arrangements or administration of another large public service pension scheme is also desired.
