Our client is a global leader in innovative product and brand development for emerging Health, Fitness and Lifestyle market segments Including the PROMiXX The Original Vortex Mixer.

They are seeking a talented Social Media Executive with experience managing market influencers to join a small, dynamic team in their Cardiff headquarters.

Duties:

• Work with the Marketing Manager to create and optimise social media strategies across several health, lifestyle and fitness brands;
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content;
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images and video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action;
• Optimise customer experience both pre- and post-sale through social media engagement, including responding to social connections;
• Identify and analyse key data and optimize strategies accordingly;
• Collaborate with other departments (creative, customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions;
• Identify and recruit high profile social influencers across all social media platforms;
• Management and optimization of market influencer portfolio;
• Assist Marketing Director with digital advertising management and optimization;
• Occasional out-of-hours and weekend work required.

Requirements:

• Proven track record with extensive experience in social media marketing and digital media;
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge;
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies;
• Ability to process and analyse data;
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail;
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Ability to work under own initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment;
• Enthusiastic work ethic and commitment to support business growth;
• Educated to degree-level within a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years Social Media experience directly related to managing social accounts with over 50,000 followers

Salary: £16k-£23k (dependent on experience)

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (flexible hours available)
