About the Job

Do you want to be part of a continental European customer service team that is focussed on supporting our customers?

Are you excited by the opportunity to ensure that +300 of our own retail stores, +2500 independent trade customers and 500,000 hobbyists across all of Europe receive great customer service?

We are looking for a fluent French (and English) speaker who, when faced with a customer issue is able to appropriately resolve the issue. The key elements of the role will be to resolve all customer queries as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will also be expected to play a role in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer support systems and processes.

What makes this job difficult is that you will be expected to consistently deliver high levels of customer service at all times no matter how demanding the workload.
