We're a fast growing Landscaping company based in a rural location in Hampstead Norreys and need a full time office administrator to join our busy team.

Based in a converted barn adjacent to a farm house in a beautiful location you will be part of small office team helping to run a busy business of 40 plus staff. A lover of animals is also an advantage as there are a couple of resident office dogs.

You will be reporting directly to the Office Manager, however you will be expected to assist other management personnel and the 2 Company Directors.

Duties include answering and filtering all incoming calls, arranging and organising staff training, ordering materials, contacting clients, assisting the finance manager with basic accounts and general office duties. This role is varied and would suit a self-starter with a can-do attitude. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic family run company. Previous experience in a similar role is essential together with a good solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Hours 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45 am to 4.30 pm Friday

Salary: GBP18,000.00 to GBP20,000.00 /year
