Tax Analyst - Private Equity
London
£35000 - £50000 per annum + Benefits
I'm currently working on behalf of a globally leading Private Equity secondaries firm. They're looking for two Tax Analysts with strong academic and numerical pedigree to support the business on the compliance, reporting and advisory sides.
Operational Tax, Tax Analyst, International, US GAAP, UK GAAP, IFRS, FATCA, Advisory
Reports to: Tax Manager
Key responsibilities will include:
* Examining sets of data and using the information to solve tax-related issues
* Working well under pressure to meet deadlines and support all aspects of the fund's global tax compliance
* Preparing reconciliations of multiple entity types
* Working collaboratively with a BIG 4 firm on the preparation of tax returns (US and other jurisdictions) for corporate and partnership fund entities
* Supporting the business' compliance with FATCA, CRS and other global regulations
* Assisting in the management of document processing
* Assisting on ad-hoc project when necessary
Essential knowledge and experience
* Qualified - ATT is preferred
* Tax experience (multi-jurisdictional)
* Strong academic background
* Strong numerical and analytic skills
* US GAAP reporting knowledge preferred
