Experienced Construction / Industrial Recruitment Resourcer
We are looking for a full-time experienced Resourcer to work within our offices based in Waltham Abbey Essex. This is a fab role filling positions that the Consultants and Business Development Team bring in. If you love a challenge and are a people person plus love the buzz of filling jobs then this is the role for you. As recruitment isnt always a 9-5 role you must also be prepared to answer the on-call phone after hours.
Resourcer Role
A background in Construction / Industrial recruitment is a must and you must be willing to take home the company out of hours phone. This is a great role in which we want you to build relationships with construction workers of all levels, making sure they know what job they are going to next, that they are compliant and that they turn up! You must be social media savvy to enable you to build a team of workers all over the country to fill our roles. Building relationships and therefore loyalty is one of the most important aspects of the role as well as the ability to find great Trades and Labour to keep our Clients happy.
Salary is negotiable depending on age, experience and ability plus a good commission structure. .
