Class 1 Driver / Warehouse Operative

At Merlin Supply Chain Solutions, we are looking for a professional HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 driver, to work a rotating shift out of our clients' depot in Swan Valley, Northampton.
We are looking for a HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 driver who can work Full-Time, Monday to Friday, working a rotating shift:

AM shift, 05:30- until finish approx. 15:00 , some occasions this will finish at 17:00
PM shift, 14:45 to 00:15

This role requires the HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 driver to spend up to 90% of their working week, in the warehouse working to support the warehouse operation, as well as, taking the unit out to move the trailers, and shunt with a small amount of shuttle runs between depots, on only on a few occasions during the week.
Main duties will be the loading and unloading of the trailers, pallet wrapping and stock consolidation

What we need from you:
Relevant HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 driver experience
A willingness to work in the warehouse
Excellent Customer Service skills
Dedicated and committed to delivering excellence
Be committed to continuous improvement
Current and valid HGV/LGV/C+E/Class 1 driver licence for the class of vehicle
No DD, CD, IN, TT endorsements
Maximum of 6 points for insurance purposes
Digi card
DQC card
