My Client a leading Financial Institution based in the City requires a HR Advisor for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setting up new starters
• Entering new employee data into HRIS System
• Submitting payroll and new hire paperwork
• Minute taking from meetings
• Updating client/employee information on the internal database
• Co-ordinate HR documents
• Training requests for new starters
• Assisted hiring managers with drafting letters, contracts, obtaining references and
checking eligibility to work criteria
• Formatting letters which include probations, promotions, reference etc
