An exciting opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer; primarily responsible for preparing products for priming and/or finished painting processing. This is for a very successful engineering company based on the outskirts of Plymouth.
Temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.
Skills required:
- Knowledge and experience within the spray painting industry
- Experience with Colour Identification, mixing paint and related components
- Degrease, mechanically or manually prepare products & remove oils, dirt and other foreign substances prior to painting
- Apply masking materials and preserve from over spray
- Coat products with epoxy primer, 2-Pak topcoats & Water Bourne paints using conventional spray equipment
- Visually inspect the products before, during and after the painting
- Maintain a level of cleanliness and order within the department, cleaning & daily maintenance of the equipment, tooling and PPE

- To take ownership and responsibility for assigned projects
Normal working hours Monday-Friday with overtime available.
Candidate must have own transport due to restricted public transport.
