First City is recruiting for an evening outcome support worker, between the hours of 3pm - 11pm, who is committed to delivering an exciting new support service that is focused on supporting people to live the lives they want.
We are looking for someone who is;
* Experienced in the healthcare industry.
* Compassionate, flexible and empathetic.
* Able to work alongside individuals and their families to provide support that is centred on the needs and wishes of that individual
* Fun, happy and enthusiastic but also able to maintain professional boundaries
* Able to support an individual in a sensitive and confidential way
* Willing to learn new skills and develop knowledge so as to be able to deliver support that is person centred
* Able to encourage and promote individuals to be as independent as possible
* Able to support individuals to achieve their dreams and wishes
* Able to be spontaneous and change in respect of an individual's needs or wishes
* Team players but also able to work on their own
* Able to communicate verbally and in writing

* 20 hours, based on 15 hour guaranteed contract. 75% of completed hours*
