The role of Junior Web Support Analyst: 

The Web Support Specialist will provide 1st level technical support to internal and external customers. This role is perfect for an individual energised by working behind the scenes to keep a company’s web and marketing ecosystem running. 

The Support Specialist will be in charge of troubleshooting front-end or backend technical issues that arise and find solutions using website best practices. In this role, you will also manage the support backlog to ensure all issues are dealt with on time and escalated to senior developers where required.

What will you be doing?

+ Troubleshooting development or technical issues that arise and resolving in a timely and effective manner 
+ Managing all incoming requests with a demonstrated ability to organise, document and multi-task, successfully managing multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously 
+ Preparing and submitting reports as requested and required
+ Supporting with Backend tasks

What are we looking for?

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field 
+ Two years of related experience in a similar role
+ Basic Knowledge of HTML & CSS and interest to learn
+ Experience with ticketing management systems (such as Jira)
+ Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
+ Strong problem solving and decision-making ability
+ Strong customer service skills to effectively work with and communicate to internal stakeholders 
+ Experience with Magento is an advantage but not required
