Salary: Circa £65,000 pa, depending on experience

The Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Director to join their Senior Management Team. Working with the Chief Executive and Director of Authorisation and Supervision, you will oversee the development and delivery of their policies and governance arrangements as well as the operations of the enforcement function, consumer engagement and business performance.
You will liaise with their independent Board of Directors, other regulators, their oversight regulator the Legal Services Board and the professional body.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a legal qualification or background, coupled with experience of professional regulation, governance, and enforcement. You will also have the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels and possess excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills.
