Our client a successful organisation based in Leicestershire are looking to add an experienced Events & Fundraising Manager to their small friendly team, on a temporary on-going basis with the possibility the role could become permanent.

The role - to manage a national challenge events programme designed to generate income

*Manage and develop an effective programme of events and activities, maximising ROI
*Supported by the marketing team, project-manage recruitment campaigns
*Analyse and report on all activity
*Maintain fundraising standards
*Track and monitor income, achieving annual targets
*Manage expenditure within budgetary constraints and process requisitions and invoices within Finance department requirements
*Maximise Gift Aid opportunities

The candidate:
- Relevant experience
- Experience of managing staff
- Experience of organising events and dealing with fundraising
