Our client, a successful company based in South Leicestershire, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator on a Full Time, Temporary to Permanent basis.
Duties & Responsibilities:
·Being the first point of contact for all clients and customers
·Maintaining a high level of self-presentation and professionalism
·Friendly and approachable attitude towards internal and external contacts
·Dealing with a high volume of customer queries and complaints via email, telephone and face to face
·Dealing with delivery notes and invoices on a daily basis
·Maintaining a wide knowledge of the business and the services offered enabling the delivery of quick and accurate information
·Being able to work independently as a well as part of a team within a busy environment
·Investigating and resolving customer issues within a timely manner
·Ability to multi-task and use own initiative
The ideal candidate:
·You will be driven and positive with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Confident and competent
·Possess strong administration and organisational skills as well as being IT literate
·High level of literacy/numerical skills
