Location: Luton LU1

Salary: £38,052 - £40,858 a year plus £3,203 car benefit

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37 hours per week

The Role:

This is a specialist role and will work with the Business Partner and Contract Managers to provide expert advice and manage a portfolio of projects across a range of categories. The post holder will lead on procurement activity and support service departments in achieving their outcomes.

This is a public facing role so you'll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English.

About you:

You will be a good communicator and be able to work across the organisation with different stakeholders to build strong relationships to effect change in procurement strategy and tender approach. You will have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time whilst constantly seeking to identify opportunities for efficiencies and savings.

You'll be responsible for providing best practice procurement and commercial advice to a variety of customers and need to be articulate and have good negotiating and influencing skills.

If you are working towards CIPS membership status, or have equivalent knowledge through experience, and knowledge of procurement best practices, then they look forward to receiving your application.
