This is a new role within this unique, branded B2C and B2B organisation that designs, produces and sells a diverse range of products and services to customers around the world via multiple channels. In recent years this limited company has developed a number of exciting new businesses and seeks a Chief Marketing Officer to lead the marketing, branding and digital strategy across this ambitious and fast growing business portfolio at a time of exciting change and reinvention.

Role

• Reporting to the CEO as part of the senior team, formulate and implement a new marketing strategy that builds upon the company’s strong market presence and creates a powerful single brand identity and message that leverages customers’ emotional connection
• Share this brand identity internally and externally, ensuring customers are at the heart of this activity and can understand and connect with the trusted, authentic and innovative/ entrepreneurial brand
• Use digital marketing, CRM, social media and supporting systems to create a customised, seamless, intuitive and user-friendly consumer journey across all business areas

Candidate

• An established and senior marketing professional within consumer branded businesses with a track record in successfully supporting and driving business reinvention or strategic change
• Expert in all areas of marketing and branding across multiple channels with prior success in enhancing market share, customer loyalty and followship
• A skilled communicator and influencer, with an affinity for the company’s proud heritage and the ability to work across the whole business, as the customer champion
