LG Recruitment are currently working with an independent Energy consultancy who are looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Partnership Manager. With their Head Office in the North East, our client supports businesses globally helping to provide a reliable, professional and consultative service aimed at reducing energy costs.

As an experienced Partnership Manager, you will be joining an already successful Sales team delivering sponsorship funding and developing lasting corporate business relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers to prospect for new partnerships
  • Organise meetings and appointments with prospective and existing clients
  • To travel to appointments (UK Wide), to speak with new and existing clients
  • Attend Networking Events that we or our clients hold, to generate new business.
  • Implement and project manage an energy improvement programme for new partners
  • Account Management of existing customer data base
  • Design, create, and deliver proposals to new and existing clients
  • To close sales with a high degree of success
  • Drive a return on investment from sponsorship deals to ensure long lasting partnerships
  • To demonstrate an ability to up-sell/cross-sell other products and services
  • To promote and present appropriately to our customers to make a sale
  • To maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
  • To act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
  • To deal with any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
  • To advise on existing and future services and products we offer, discussing special promotions
  • To review your own sales performance, aiming to meet and exceed your KPI targets
  • To feed sales trends back to the line manager
  • To attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues
  • To positively approach sales opportunities to maximise sales revenue to meet and exceed the departmental targets

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in telecoms, sales, renewable energy or b2b energy sales
  • Experience working in a commercial or marketing environment (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a target driven pressurized sales environment
  • Knowledge of Energy Efficient/Renewable Technologies
  • Outstanding Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Clean Driving Licence
