SALES / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Based in Astley, Manchester  Lakeland Laboratories is a manufacturer and worldwide exporter of chemical products. The candidate must be well organised, efficient and have all round Admin/Secretarial, PA and good communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Joint telephone reception cover
  • Dealing with customer orders and enquiries by telephone and email
  • Sales order processing, price checking, quote management
  • Handling Export documentation (training available),
  • Organising Health Checks, Monitoring Sick and Holiday leave
  • PA / Admin work for Directors
