Administrative Officer (Timetabling)
Registry Services has a permanent opportunity for a full-time Administrative Officer to join the Timetabling and Programmes team based at our Chester campus. You will play a key role in the annual production of the University’s central teaching timetable and will develop a detailed understanding of the University’s programmes and module provision. You will work closely within a team to prioritise and plan work activities and support the Timetabling & Programmes Manager.
You will need a logical approach to problem solving and the ability to work under pressure to immovable deadlines with a flexible approach to work. You will also be required to communicate effectively with a wide range of staff at all levels and have an excellent level of customer service in order to respond to student and staff queries on a daily basis. Computer literacy and practical experience of a range of computerised systems is required; experience of timetabling and timetabling software is desirable but not essential.
