Are you a HR Manager working in the Manufacturing industry that is looking for an exciting new role working for a forward thinking, fast paced, commercially minded business?
If so a role exists for you to truly business partner with the site-based leadership team and add real value to the business through the execution of people strategies. Duties include:
* To act as a coach to senior management teams to improve the effectiveness of performance development.
* To lead HR work stream for departmental / site projects working with key stakeholders.
* To build commitment for HR strategies, identify and work through specific functional concerns to embed initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to drive change in a partnership with Trade Unions and senior leaders. Be confident and credible in dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Have a solid understanding of how to add value in the HR arena and demonstrate this value within an organisation. Be a creative, commercial and able to think laterally in identifying and developing opportunities. You will approach your work with a practical can-do mentality. In this role, you will need to have the ability to work with minimum supervision, in an autonomous and independent way.
