Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to Company Director.
Permanent position with 6 months' probation period.
Based: Addlestone Moor, Surrey.
Salary depending on experience.
Full time, flexible working.
ABOUT US:
A highly successful facilities company, based in Addlestone Moor, Addlestone, Surrey.
THE ROLE:
You will be reporting directly to the Company Director. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and have at least 24 months' experience.
Key tasks will include:
• Gate Keeping.
• Take minutes from meetings and distribute accordingly.
• Screen, prioritise and action all incoming phone calls, emails.
• EA supports both private and professional sides of life for the Director.
• Visit and liaising with clients and customers.
• Organise any necessary travel arrangements for Director and family.
• Daily updates to Company Director.
• Across the board on all aspects of the business.
• Be able to liaise with all members of staff.
• Other Ad Hoc Duties.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
• Successful candidates will have at least 24 months' experience in a similar role.
• You must possess excellent communication and organisational skills.
• You must be able to slot into a very tightly formed working relationship between the Management team and Company Director and his family.
• You must be highly computer literate, especially with Word, Excel and preferably with Sage 50.
• You must be capable of multi-tasking reliably in a busy office environment.
• Show high levels of client and staff confidentiality.
• Have the desire to learn and develop your skills.
• You must have a completely Pro-active approach to work.
• Someone who can embrace and support fully changes to the work place.
• Ideally be able to hit the ground running.
• Be someone who is able to be assertive and manage a situation.
