Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Nursery Manager to head the team in their small friendly nursery setting in the Flackwell Heath area of High Wycombe.
As Nursery Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
?? Delivering high standards of care and education, ensuring the effective implementation of the company's initiatives such as their early language program and cook and grow;
?? As a Nursery Manager you will effectively leading and managing the staff team including recruitment and retention, providing day to day guidance, training and support to all staff;
?? The Nursery Manager will keep yourself and your team up-to-date on current early childhood thinking/trends, responding to any developments in a proactive way;
?? Effectively manage the nursery budget and occupancy levels;
?? Developing strong parent partnerships and providing added value services to parents
?? The Nursery Manager will be responsible for marketing the nursery and engaging with local networking groups to build occupancy
?? To manage all day to day operations of the nursery
In addition to a full and relevant level 3 qualification, the ideal Nursery Manager will also have a higher childcare qualification and/or a management or leadership qualification
