The Operations Administrator Role:

The Operations Assistant is primarily responsible for supporting the systems used by our business to ensure the integrity of data and supporting staff with their data entry processes.

You will provide support to the Business and Process Analyst and the Management Accountant as well as across the full Operations functions of the Group.

Tasks:

System Administration
:

+ Identifying data issues within our internal systems
+ Resolving data inconsistencies.
+ Suggesting new processes to prevent data inconsistencies from arising again.
+ Supporting/encouraging other teams to ensure data is as accurate as possible
+ High volume data processing
+ Report creation
+ General support

Finance Administration:

+ Checking sales data inputted into the accounting system to ensure accuracy of client invoices
+ Raise billing schedules to match the clients needs
+ Raising invoices and issuing to clients
+ Assisting the Finance Assistant with Accounts Receivable management

Adhoc support across the Operations function as required to ensure the smooth running of the business

Requirements:

+ A Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Business or a similar subject or the equivalent experience
+ Superb attention to detail
+ An analytical approach
+ Process driven
+ Holds a genuine love for data
+ Previous experience of CRM is preferable
+ Excellent communication skills
