**Workforce Planning support specialist needed**
Do you have contact centre experience? Are you looking to take a step up or move into a resource planning role? OR Do you come from a scheduling/ resource position with the ambition to join a large, successful corporate company?

I am currently recruiting both junior and management level positions in the resource and planning department of a global leader in payment solutions. You will be responsible for preparing reports to determine call volume, calling patterns, service trends and staff productivity. Along with this you will track holiday schedules, manage shift change requests and update and maintain scheduling database with current and new information.
This is a fantastic role with excellent progression prospects so if you have experience in the following I would love to speak with you:
*Previous call centre experience
*Experience in a planning, resource or scheduling position
*Knowledge of a workforce management system such as IEX
