Our client is a large company based in Rugby, they have grown incredibly over the last few years and are keen to expand their team to support this growth.
They are now looking for a new addition to their team, you will be working with the existing configuration department, training new and existing technicians at all levels within the business.
You will be training all levels of technicians within the configuration centre across a range of processes from standard, customer specific build processes, industry best practise and various other areas as required.
We are looking for a confident trainer with excellent communication skills and a passion for transferring their knowledge, you should also have a background within the following:
Handling large volumes of data and information accurately
Quality control
I Configuration
Imaging
Hardware install
Server training.
In addition:
Preferred A + / N+ / S+ Certification or an equivalent combination of education and experience with the ability to demonstrate knowledge
Preferably working towards or holding relevant certifications such as MTA, MCSA, MCSE, Server +, Network +, Security +, CCNA, CMNA etc.
