New recruits are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Junior sous chef, to work in well respected hotel in Banbury - North Oxfordshire.
You will have a passion for cooking, enjoy the thrill of working in a small but tight knit team and have a proven track record of delivering great food for customers at all times.
You will be expected to assist the kitchen in all aspects of culinary excellence within the Catering Operation whilst ensuring the menu requirements are met.
Key responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
• Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop new dishes and menus
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
