This company is currently looking for professional, enthusiastic and customer focused PCV drivers who take pride in their work, enjoy working with people and have genuine passion, ability, attitude and desire to ensure that their customers receive fantastic customer service and an excellent travelling experience. This Coach Driving role offers the perfect way to meet lots of diverse customers whilst travelling throughout the UK and Europe in their modern fleet of high specification luxury coaches.

You will be responsible for providing a safe, reliable and courteous service to customers whilst undertaking a variety of British and European holiday tours, short breaks and day excursions from their own tour program together with some private hire work whilst continuing to maintain and develop their reputation. The successful applicant will be required to undertake the following duties:

- Drive their fleet of modern coaches in a safe and responsible manner.
- To liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis, looking after customers' wellbeing and welfare whilst on tour, communicating with customers in a clear and polite manner.
- Provide information to clients regarding the tour being operated, ensuring that high standards of customer care and driving are displayed at all times.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting of the vehicle.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept up to a high standard of cleanliness, both internally and externally.
- Loading and unloading customer luggage into the vehicle at pick up point and hotel.

Requirements for candidates
- A full PCV license
- Valid CPC / DQC Card and Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 2 years PCV driving experience
- Competent knowledge and understanding of the EU Drivers' Hours Regulations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Be prepared to work away for periods of time, as well as local shorter-distance work
- Reliable and conscientious
- Good geographical knowledge
- Smart appearance
