Night Support Worker

Brilliant opportunity for a support worker to join a fantastic home in Leicester.

With all previous CQC reports achieving over all "good" this is a well established home who take care of there residents but most importantly, there staff! You!

This is a nice sized home that is spacious and comfortable for all residents with fantastic facilities. Not only that, this is a family run home with a homely feel too it. A truly lovely place of work.

You will be supporting residents with Learning disabilities and autism through the night.

This will include following all safeguarding procedures and making sure the residents are happy and safe throughout the night. You will assist with medication when needed. You will complete hourly checks and keep all paperwork and files up to date.

You will report to the senior or manager in charge.

You must be a motivated and driven individual who can use your initiative and keep yourself busy on quiet nights. This is a rewarding job that is challenging at times and because of this you must be confident in adapting to unexpected situations.

Diserable:

1) A driver (because of location)

2) NVQ L2 OR L3

3) Very organised

Essentials:

1) Experience working with LD/AUTISM

2) Experience working nights

3) Passionate about care
