It’s an exciting time for our client, they have launched their new Corporate strategy, growing their organisation and working tirelessly towards solving the housing crisis.

Our client are currently seeking a Senior Land and New Business Manager to identify and secure new development opportunities across a range of tenures including affordable and market sale homes according to the group's strategy, secure approvals and drive new opportunities through to contract stage.

You will generate new business, cultivate relationships with key statutory and private sector stakeholders. You will effectively implement, deliver and review YHG's development strategy by securing new business; identifying and managing risks, setting scheme budgets and building successful, collaborative relationships with partners, consultants and stakeholder in order to deliver projects.

Their ideal candidate will be driven to secure new business targets, be commercially aware, flexible, analytical, committed and have strong negotiation skills. Ideally, you will have a relevant degree in Land and New Business capability and have detailed working knowledge of the housing development process. You will be a team player who has the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads to deliver an efficient service.
